OK, so here's that little story that you are "supposed" to write before you actually give a recipe.  It was the summer of 2013 and my wife and I wanted something refreshing but also caffeinated.  We were broke at the time, so we didn't want to go to Starbucks, but we were with in walking distance of the grocery store.  My wife suddenly remembered a recipe for a sweet iced coffee drink, so we gathered up our pants and shirts and wandered to the store.

Upon arriving at the store on that fine summer afternoon, we pulled out our ingredients list.  Sweetened condensed milk and coffee were the only things written on the list so I quickly inquired as to whether or not we needed anything else.  She said no, you are a silly man and you need to follow directions.  We purchased our ingredients and we were on our way home.

On the way home I saw a goose.  It was a Canadian Goose and it accidently walked in front of me, causing me to stumble.  It apologized and we were on our way.  I then saw a bee and it was buzzing.  Buzz buzz it said.  I replied with a smile and a nod.

What was I writing about?  Oh yeah, it's a recipe...

Ingredients

  • 2 pots of coffee
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

OK, just brew 2 pots of coffee and add the condensed milk and then stir it.  Duh.  Put that bad boy in the fridge and then serve over ice.  The mixture is good for about a week so you can get many glasses of yummy.
