Rinsing Bacon in Cold Water Prevents Shrinking Test – Does It Really? [VIDEO]
A photo online suggests you can prevent bacon from shrinking up to 50-percent by rinsing it under cold water before cooking it. Personally, I call B.S., but in the interest of science, I decided to try it before simply writing it off. Plus, it gave me a reason to eat bacon. Either way, I win.
