Ravioli Lasagna – A New Twist on an Old Classic [RYAN’S RECIPE]
The classic Lasagna dish gets a new and delicious twist by replacing standard lasagna noodles with cheese-filled ravioli.
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 - 15 ounce container of ricotta cheese
- 1 - 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 - 28 ounce jar marinara sauce
Boil ravioli according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While ravioli cooks, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, eggs, and milk in a medium bowl. Drain ravioli. Coat one 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray, and place one layer of ravioli on the bottom. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture on top, followed by a portion of marinara. Repeat until all ravioli is used. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
