Evansville Food Truck to Hit the Streets After Hiatus, Introduces New Menu
Food Truck Rebrand
This morning, I was scrolling through Facebook and saw some awesome local news! My friend Courtney Duffy, the former owner of The Duffy Shuffle, announced that her food truck has had a makeover and will be returning to the streets, giving patrons a taste of its new menu. They did a few events at the end of last year but are ready to hit the streets for the 2025 season and have some big changes to announce.
The Duffy Shuffle was pretty popular in Evansville, but whenever she took it out of town for festivals, folks were scratching their heads about what she offered. They've rebranded, reworked the menu, and Courtney has handed over the reins to her son, Lee Jahns.
New Menu - Changes and Old Favorites
Courtney told me that she's really excited about the new menu. She said Lee and his team will be doing sandwiches instead of tacos and has added some new sauces but it's the same chicken recipe and original sauce.
This morning, they posted this to Facebook.
With several excited comments on the Facebook post, it's safe to assume people are stoked about the favorite coming back.
Looking for the menu? Well, here you go!
