Valentines Day is Wednesday, Where Can You Get Free Food?
Valentine's Day is Wednesday. Whether you're taken or single this year, excited or cynical, we can all agree on one thing... Free food rules! Here are a few places around the Tri-State that are giving away free food or running some sort of Valentine's Day special on Wednesday!
(NOTE: These specials are for national chains, it's possible a local location may not be participating.)
HOOTERS: Hooters is bringing back their popular "Shred Your Ex" promotion this Valentine's Day. Basically, if you literally bring in a picture of your ex to a participating Hooters, and cut it into pieces, they will give you ten free wings when you buy ten. You can also "virtually" shred you ex HERE.
QDOBA: Qdoba is offering quesadilla, burrito, bowl, or entree FOR FREE... IF you kiss someone or something at the register! That's a solid deal!
WHITE CASTLE: I don't know about you, but I love those little sliders! If your Valentine is too, you can have a nice romantic dinner at their restaurant including tablecloths and table service! This is actually their 27th year doing this promotion, and you'll want to make a reservation!
AUNTIE ANNE'S: What's better than a hand-rolled soft pretzel? A hand-rolled soft pretzel SHAPED LIKE A HEART!!! BUT you need to download their "My Pretzel Perks" app and you need to do that BEFORE Valentine's Day!
WAFFLE HOUSE: You might have to travel a little bit to get to the nearest Waffle House this Valentine's Day, but they'll also give you a romantic cadle-lit tablecloth service dinner with a reservation.
SCHLOTSKY'S DELI: If you spend $7 at Schlotzsky's Deli this Valentine's Day, they'll hook you up with a bottle of their special brand of hot sauce... In the name of love.
MCALISTER'S DELI: Apparently if you eat-in at McAlister's Deli on Valentine's Day, your kids can eat for free. That's good news for those whose kids are their Valentines. Please note that you get up to two free kids meals with the purchase of entree. Also, we've heard in the past that for some reason our local McAlister's Deli does not always participate in their national promotions, so don't say I didn't warn you!
