EVPL Hosting ‘The Great Halloween Costume Swap’

Halloween costumes can be expensive, especially when they are only worn a couple of times.

The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library is hosting the Great Halloween Costume Swap, giving new life to old costumes!

Bring a clean, gently-used costume to the library from Monday, September 24th to Monday, October 15th and receive a voucher for each costume.

The Costume Swap will take place on Friday, October 19th from 4:30-5:30pm; McCollough Meeting Room Please note the following:

·         All ages welcome.

·         All costumes should be in “good” to “excellent” condition.  This means no rips, tears, or stains, unless they belong on the costume.

·         The EVPL does not guarantee that you will find a costume in your size or fit.

·         Any makeup/face paint must be sealed (unused).

·         Costumes may be tried on over clothing during the swap.

·         The swap is a first come first serve basis.  Please be respectful of other swappers and “leave what you can, take what you need.”

·         Any un-swapped items will be donated to a local organization.
