The Institute for Family and Marriage reported that 52% of married couples said they "never" or rarely go out on dates, while 48% have regular date nights (once or twice a month) or more often. That same report found that couples who go on frequent date nights are happier in their marriages and less likely to face divorce. Regular date nights open up communication, allow for more romance, and boost commitment.
