In 1994, Biggie Smalls released his major label debut, Ready to Die. It became and still remains one of the most legendary albums in the history of rap music thanks to songs like Juicy & Big Poppa. But's it's also remembered for it's simple yet iconic cover. However the question of, "Who is the baby on the cover?" has remained unanswered...until now.

Yahoo! Music citied a New York Daily News article revealing the identity of the baby as Keithroy Yearwood, a native of the Bronx in New York City. Now 18 years old, Yearwood told the New York Daily News that at the time he got the gig through a (no longer in business) modeling agency called Chicky's Kids and that he received $150 for the two hour photo shoot.
