7 Thoughts Before, During, and After a DVD Workout
I've been into fitness all my life, but when I graduated from high school and decided not to swim in college, I had to find another way to stay in shape. I highly recommend workout DVDs from Beachbody such as Insanity and T25 just to name a couple. I've completed both a couple times and I love/hate them.
Here is a list of thoughts before, during, and after doing a workout DVD.
1. *insert disc* Ugh, I could totally just be sitting on the couch right now and watch TV comfortably
2. *DVD starts* I already did this one this week, so boring
3. At least I already know how to do the moves now so I'm not just wasting my time trying to figure out what that Shaun T is doing this time!!!
4. *Mid Disc* This isn't that bad, look I'm already half way through!!!
5. *Almost Done* UGGGGHHH....Let's just end this now. The dog's going crazy, you'd think after completing this a few times it'd just get use to this by now. NO I don't want to pick it up a notch!!! I just want to staaaaaaap.
6. *Stretch* Stretching has never felt so good. So glad I pushed through that, I feel so much better now.
7. *finished* Now all i want to do is eat...or shower first. Food always wins.
