Places in Evansville to Shop for Small Business Saturday November 26th
Saturday is Small Business Saturday. This is your chance to really make a difference here in Evansville by shopping, dining & spending with local small businesses. #ShopSmall #SmallBizSat
Did you know (according to Forbes) that to qualify as a small business, it must employ less than 500 employees? How about that there are nearly 28 Million small business in America and they employ more than 50% of the American workforce? When you shop, eat and spend local you are not fattening up some billion dollar CEO's wallet. You are helping your neighbors - business owners and their employees - to make their mortgages, feed their families and celebrate the holidays, and we all know it feels good to help our neighbors!
I put together a list of my & my Facebook friends' favorite places (in no particular order) to #ShopLocal #EatLocal #SpendLocal & #SupportLocal. I hope that you will take part in Small Business Saturday but also make an attempt to spend more dollars locally all year long.
