Nonprofits Find Solution with 'Social Distancing Fall Festival'

If nothing else, we can say that 2020 has forced everyone to think outside of the box. Our nonprofit friends are finding creative ways to work around all of the canceled fundraisers, including the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival. The Fall Festival was planned for the first full week in October, and would've brought over 200,000 people to Franklin Street. For a lot of the nonprofits, this is their biggest fundraiser of the year. Now, some of the organizations are planning to sell the foods that they would normally offer in their booths, at different locations.

So far, there are 13 organizations that plan to be a part of the 'Social Distancing Fall Festival 2020'. Some have chosen to hold their fundraisers during the first week of October, and others are going with other dates.
