Home For Your Heart Preschool Had Special Guest For Dr. Seuss Week!

This week is schools in the area are taking part in Dr. Seuss Week, Reading Across America Week, or Literacy Week! One local preschool had a special guest!

It's no secret that I love books. I have several books at home that I dive into when I need to escape. There is just something about getting lost in a good book that makes you feel good. You will always find me taking a few books on vacation because that is when I do my best reading!

Since I love reading, I wanted to share that with some local schools to show them that reading is important. Since most schools are celebrating Dr. Seuss, I reached out to Home For Your Heart Preschool and they let me come hang with the kids, read them a book, and I brought my microphone because I knew they'd love it.

I think I had more fun than they did! Those kids can brighten anyone's day. One of the best parts is when they wanted to show me how to do the "Floss" dance!
