Meteorologist Ron Rhodes said while loads of candy might be in everyone's Thursday forecast, so is rain and wind.

Rain is predicted to enter the atmosphere on Wednesday with a chilly high of only 61, and it doesn't look like it's going to let up in time for Halloween. Showers and thunderstorms will linger on into the early part of Thursday, with strong winds and a measly high of only 51. The low on Thursday will dip below freezing.

There is some good news, though. It looks like the rain might taper off by trick-or-treating time. However, it will still be cold and wet.
