The Evansville Courier and Press has printed its last edition in the Tri-State.

Back in late-January, it was announced that the Courier and Press would cease printing operations in Evansville. This is the end of an era for many tri-state residents as many of us grew up reading the Courier and Press (and many people still read it). Not only is this sad due to loss of jobs, but it does take some of our civic pride away.

Over the weekend, the last edition of the Courier and Press was printed at the downtown Evansville facility. The Courier and Press posted this video on their Facebook to commemorate this. You can check out the video below.
