Evansville Charcuterie Business Hosting Hocus Pocus Themed Charcuterie Classes in September
Hocus Pocus, I need charcuterie to focus!

Char-BOO-terie
If you're late to the game and wondering what exactly charcuterie (or in this case the punnier version charBOOTerie) is, in the most basic of terms, it's Lunchables for adults. You take delicious meats, cheeses, and fruit, and lay them out on a wooden board so they look super appetizing. I would eat a charcuterie board for dinner every day if I could!
In not-so-basic terms here's how the pros at Webstaurantstore.com define charcuterie:
"In the French tradition, charcuterie (pronounced "shahr-ku-tuh-ree") is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats and meat products. The idea of charcuterie has become very popular outside of France, and the term has evolved to include a variety of foods besides meat. A charcuterie board is an assortment of meats, cheeses, artisan breads, olives, fruit, and nuts, all artfully arranged on a serving board."
Fancy Meets Spooky
September is a very exciting month for those of us who love the Halloween season, it's when things really seem to kick into gear. One thing I'm really looking forward to this September is the release of Hocus Pocus 2. I grew up in the 90s and Hocus Pocus is one of my favorite comfort movies, so I'm stoked about the new one coming out! To celebrate one Evansville shop will be hosting a Hocus Pocus-themed charcuterie class!
Siciliano Charcuterie is known for its beautiful charcuterie arrangments, and every Tuesday in September, they're hosting a special class to teach how to make a Hocus Pocus-themed board. Here is what Siciliano Charcuterie had to say about the classes:
