In the tattoo world, it's an unspoken tradition to have a sale for Friday the 13th. Earthborne Studios in Evansville, is continuing that tradition by offering $13 (with mandatory $7 tip) tattoos TODAY ONLY! However, there are some limitations so don't expect to get a back piece for that price. They are offering the discount on special "flash" tattoos that the artists have come up with. A lot of these designs are super cool.
