Does Big Boy Possess Two Rectums?

Large creatures are built differently than you and I. Growing up, I remember having my mind blown when I learned that cows had four stomachs.  While scientists aren't sure how many stomachs Big Boy has (experts estimate six), this picture would suggest that he has at least TWO rectums.  The first is assumed to be on his posterior (where most humans keep their sole colon).  This photo, taken at Sunday's Ski Day on the Ohio, seems to prove that Big Boy also has an additional A-hole in front of his more-than-ample frame.  It seems to have two fully-formed, spotty, lardy, blemished "cheeks," a dirty "poop-chute," and a deep, experienced orifice resembling that of a "B-hole."  Other theories, or comments, are welcome below:
