When Alec Baldwin was asked about how he felt about portraying Donald Trump on SNL, he said it had become "agony". This of course did NOT well with Trump!

On Twitter, President Trump fired back in classic fashion, saying:

"Alec Baldwin, whose dying mediocre career was saved by his terrible impersonation of me on SNL, now says playing me was agony. Alec, it was agony for those who were forced to watch. Bring back Darrell Hammond, funnier and a far greater talent!"

To which Alec replied:

"Agony though it may be, I’d like to hang in there for the impeachment hearings, the resignation speech, the farewell helicopter ride to Mara-A-Lago. You know. The Good Stuff. That we’ve all been waiting for."

Before now, Trump has expressed his distaste for the show, especially since he's become a favorite target, but hadn't Tweeted anything for a couple of months. This lasted statement by Baldwin has obviously gotten under the Donald's skin (which isn't that hard to do apparently).

Check out the sketch from last night's SNL where Alec as Donald Trump discussed gun control. I STILL think it's funny.
