10 Reasons Corgis and College Students are Just Alike

Other than our adorable butts...

Recently, I have noticed that people are becoming semi-obsessed with Corgis. I had never really been around them, or truth be told, even knew that they existed. So at first, I was confused as to what all the hype was about. But not too long ago, I spent some time with a Corgi, and all I could think was that she was the weirdest dog that I had ever met. Granted, her name was "Chunk," but that detail aside, she was still weird. But the more time I spent with her, I realized she was so weird because she was kind of just like me (me, being a college student.) Then it hit me - why wouldn't people be obsessed with this oddly shaped animal? They literally have the personality of a the average 21-year-old (at least the one I met did.) Plus, they are more than funny to look at. If you haven't had the pleasure of being around a Corgi, then allow me to explain...

We can both sleep just about anywhere....

At any given moment.

We get more excited about food than anyone should.

We think our friendships will last forever.

Spring Break is always on our minds.

We have to literally be dragged out of bed to go anywhere.

We usually have no idea what anyone is talking about.
