Pickles Watched All Her Puppies Be Adopted & Is Ready for Her Own Family [Warrick Humane Society Pet of the Week]
Whether you are looking to add a furry friend to your home or are just here for the cuteness, take a gander at Miss Pickles! What a sweet name for a sweet pup.
Pickles came to the WHS with several puppies over 60 days ago. They've all been adopted but Mama Dog hasn't found her forever home just yet. The staff at WHS said that happens often. Mom gets overlooked when there are cute puppies around.
Pickles is a 5-year-old Heeler mix who weighs about 50 lbs. She loves smiling, cuddling, hugs, and scratches. She is housetrained, crate-trained, leash-trained, and rides well in the car! No puppy will come as ready-made as Pickles!
Pickles can be picky about her dog friends, but we think this is also largely influenced by the environment here. She still loves puppies, which is impressive after dealing with so many of the little rascals! She loves to play and has so much life and love in her. She just can't wait to give her all to the right family.
She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm-negative!
The WHS is offering 20% OFF of Pickles' adoption fee to try to help her get a chance at her furever home.
