I don't know why it's been happening so frequently here lately, but over the past few months we've been getting some mugshots from our friends at the Vanderburgh County Sherriff's Department that have been...  Well, let's just say "interesting."

So, I need to start this article by stating that I legitimately do NOT know what is happening with this picture...  But I am thoroughly confused.

The Evansville Police Department announced earlier today they have identified, and are searching for 26-year-old Antoine M. Russell as the second suspect in a stabbing late Monday night on the city's north side.
