Should it Be Legal to Bury Dead Bodies on Your Property? [POLL]

During the news this morning, Kat told us a story out of Stevenson, Alabama in which a man lost his wife.  Her wishes were to be buried in the yard of their property.  The widower intends to fulfill his late wife's wishes.  Obviously, some of his neighbors are not happy about this.  Kat and Big Boy think it should be legal, however I can't agree with that.  Something about it just feels wrong.  What do you think?
