Miley Cyrus Lights Supposed Joint on MTV’s EMAs [VIDEO]

Miley Cyrus continues bizarre behavior at MTV's Europe Music Awards.

Last Night MTV hosted their Europe Music Awards.  Not usually broadcast in the United States, because of huge-name performances from stars like Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, and Eminem the show was broadcast here in the good ol' U.S. of A.  Miley Cyrus stole the show again with her antics on stage groping and twerking (this time with a little person instead of Robin Thicke).  However, it was when she accepted an award for her "Wrecking Ball" video that got people talking once again.  She opened up her purse, pulled out what is believed to be a joint, lit it, and smoked it...  All on stage.  It should be noted that the show was filmed in Amsterdam, where those actions are technically not illegal.  Watch the craziness right here.
