Kayaking has become somewhat popular over the last several years.  There are several hot spots in Kentucky that are a must if you love adventure and camping.

A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING

Angel here, for starters I've never been kayaking.  I love the outdoors and water but something about climbing into a kayak has never truly tickled my fancy.  Maybe it's because I'm clumsy or maybe I picture it more like white water rafting (I know it's not).  I plan to ask Joe if we can add this to our bucket list of things to do together.

UP FOR ADVENTURE

I know tons of people who love to kayak.  It seems like it would be super relaxing.  While researching I found there are several places in the bluegrass that provide guided tours and if you're up for it camping after the ride.  Red River Gorge, Mill Creek Lake, and Lake Reba all offer tours and camping.
