While still legally a child, Justin Bieber has announced he is working on his SECOND book with HarperCollins.  He confirmed through his Twitter account that his next tome will be titled Justin Bieber: Justin Getting Started.

Justin's first literary exploit, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, went on to sell more than a million copies.
