There is something for everything in the family, from a baseball game to a Chiefs game or soccer. There are a ton of restaurants to try, Worlds of Fun for the kids, and if you like jazz, jazz clubs all over the city. According to CNN Travel, Kansas City is the most underrated destination in Missouri. It's the second largest city in the Show-Me State with live jazz and blues, and you can't forget that KC BBQ.

One of the best things to do is to just walk downtown and take in all the sights (and smells) of all of the restaurants around, it's amazing. Every time we go the family and I have our favorite places we like to visit (Crown Plaza, Lego Land, and Fritz's Train Restaurant, but we also like to try new places too and there are hundreds.

So think about Kansas City the next time you take a trip, I promise you will not be disappointed.
