This morning, I found out a friend was in the hospital. I talked to her family and asked if I could do anything for them. Of course they said, "no." Beh! Me = feeling helpless.

I've always heard: don't ask what you can do - just do it. Okay, well, I'm not going to go break into their house and play with their dog or come stalk them at the hospital! Then I remembered when my husband's grandma was in the hospital, someone brought in a snack basket and it was so awesome in a crappy situation. And really, it can be for new parents or someone who is home-bound too.

I am limited on time (as always) so I was having anxiety about having to go shopping for the contents of what I was going to put in their bag. Then I remembered that you can order online and drive up to Target and they will bring everything out to your car! Score! I'm trying to make it as easy for you as possible, so here are some ideas!
