The Evansville Museum of Arts, History, and Science

Located on the riverfront in downtown Evansville is the Evansville Museum of Arts, History, and Science. The museum is home to many pieces in its permanent collection and often hosts special exhibits.

Evansville Museum offers exhibitions, educational events, family programs and more. Visit us along the Ohio Riverfront in the heart of downtown Evansville, Indiana.

If you've never been to the Evansville Museum, you are certainly missing out.  I hadn't been there in forever, and a few months back my husband and I decided to go and check it out, and I forgot what a gem the museum is in our community.  There is so much to see in the museum alone, and that's not even including all of the events they host and the shows inside of the Koch Immersive Theater and Planetarium.

Evansville Museum Free Fridays

While the Evansville Museum is incredibly reasonably priced at only $12 per person for adults, I do understand that with the cost of everything rising, it seems we're all trying to find ways to have fun but save some money. You can do just that with Evansville Museum's Free Fridays.

Free Fridays take place the first Friday of each month, and you can go and enjoy the Evansville Museum free of charge from 11 AM to 5 PM.

The remaining Free Friday dates for the Evansville Museum in 2023 are:
