Congratulations Shelby Griffin! Shelby is a senior at Henderson County High School and she is the winner of the KISS-FM & Magic Moments Ultimate Prom Experience! Shelby has won a dress valued up to $400 and a tux rental for her date from Magic Moments. She also will receive flowers and dinner on us along with a ride to prom in the KISS Cruiser!!
