Earlier in the week New York's Empire State Building displayed its first music-synchronized light show...  And it was really cool!

Those who watched CNN's Election Night coverage may remember that the Empire State Building had received an LED-light make-over.  The lights that night were blue and red and represented the number of electoral voted cast for either Mitt Romney or Barack Obama.  The light system has been designed by Phillips, and is capable of putting on quite a light show, and it was put to the limit with the music of Alicia Keys.  The New York singer donated two of her songs, "Girl on Fire" and the New York anthem "Empire State of Mind," to the cause.  New Yorkers could tune their radios to one of a number of radio stations and looked up to the skyline of the tallest building in the state to see THIS incredible sound/light show!
