Earlier this morning, amidst our third annual Kenny Kent St. Jude Radiothon, Kat and I were talking about some of the highlights from my trip to Memphis last month with some of my fellow TownSquare Media radio, digital, and sales personalities.  I told her I would repost it so that she and our listeners could read or reread it during our actual radiothon.  This is a small example of what St. Jude

His story truly inspired the world.  And, late last year, when Lane Goodwin's "Thumbs Up" craze spread like wildfire through the digital landscape, I think every single person who heard his story was inspired.  I know that I was.  And I decided that Lane was the perfect inspiration for this year's original St. Jude song.

Samstrong.org, a website started by Newburgh resident and former St. Jude patient, Sam Featherstone, held a fundraiser at St. John the Baptist church in Newburgh Thursday night   for the Memphis, Tennessee based children's hospital. Thanks to the tri-state's generosity, they were able to collect a sizable amount money.
