Ryan O’Bryan – “Walkin’ in Memphis” (Day 1)

So here I sit in a hotel room in downtown Memphis, TN. Why am I here? Click READ MORE to find out.First off, nice job on clicking READ MORE. Secondly, the reason I'm here is for a 3-1/2 day conference for St. Jude Hospital. Coming up in February, 106-1 KISS-FM along with our Townsquare Media sister stations will be asking for you to donate money so that St. Jude Hospital can continue doing what they do best which is help children fighting life-threatening illness such as cancer.

So far it's been a pretty laid back trip. I checked into the historic Peabody Hotel, had a late lunch at a local burger joint called Huey's (Texas Toast Burger = Sweet Awesomeness!), and will be enjoying dinner at Rendezvous BBQ which I hear is amazing. Frankly, all you have to say is BBQ and I'm in.

My plan is to check in each evening with some pictures and video (if possible) to get you ready to help us help St. Jude in a few weeks. Enjoy the pics!
