USI, in conjucntion with Albion Fellows Bacon Center, will once again be hosting "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" to promote sexual assault awareness on campus, in the community and across the globe. You have likely heard the expression "to walk a mile in someone else's shoes." This event takes that to the literal sense with men wearing women's heels to walk a mile, raising awareness of sexual assault. The walk will begin at Carter Hall on the campus of USI at 5:30pm tonight. Registration will open at 5pm. Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and Chief of Police, Billy Bolin are both schedule to be in attendance at the event.
