Being a responsible pet owner shouldn't be that difficult. It's a lot like having a child. You feed, love, and care for your child. You should likewisefeed, love and care for your pets. The guy in the video you are about to watch may be one of the dumbest humans alive. In fact, I think we should hope that he never procreates and has children. He can't even be responsible with the safety and well-being of his poor dog. I will go ahead and tell you that the dog does appear to be ok in the video after the fact, but wow! Just how stupid can you be????
