Kentucky Baker Creates Incredibly Delicious Taylor Swift Tribute Cake and You Have to See It
An Owensboro, Kentucky baker was in her "Taylor Swift" era recently and was asked to bake a very special birthday cake for a local Swifty. Meghan Hausner, who owns Meghan's Confections, was excited to pay tribute to the pop star and decided to bake a cake that would bring to life all ten Taylor Swift album covers.
For reference, here they are!
While Taylor has certainly mastered songwriting, selling out arenas around the world and crashing Ticketmaster, Meghan has mastered the art of cake baking. So, she created an absolutely incredible Taylor Swift cake that's "all in buttercream."
Take a look!
As you can see, there are ten giant cake slices and each represents one of Taylor Swift albums.
Reaction to Meghan's work was exciting and, pardon the pun, swift!
Eva Atkinson wrote, "Phenomenal!"
Charlene Sikes said, "That is awesome!"
Angie Garrett agreed, "That is amazing!"
And, if you want to see just how amazing the cake was, here's a pic of the top it!
Meghan baked the cake for a close family friend- a 20-year-old Swifty named Kate, who flipped when she saw it. According to her mom Kim, she loved it.
I cannot thank you enough for the perfect cake!! Kate just squealed when she saw it!! It was the perfect ending to her day. We cannot get over the detail! In fact, Kate wants to freeze it!
Meghan is full-time stay at home mom of three. Her oldest is five-years-old. There's no doubt she has her hands full, but has still managed to build an incredible home baking business.
Here she is talking about the Taylor cake and how she discovered she was really good at baking them.
