From Elvis and Led Zeppelin to Evansville’s own connection to REO Speedwagon, the Tri-State has a bigger rock ’n’ roll history than you might think and we are honoring it for National Rock and Roll Day.

Imagine being 13 and witnessing a legend like Tina Turner live — that concert in Evansville was nothing short of electric.

It's been 12 years since Roberts Stadium came down, do you remember any of these concerts from the last year it was open?

Elvis Presley, the King of Rock 'N' Roll, played Roberts Municipal Stadium in Evansville twice! Check out this vintage footage from his record-breaking 1976 concert there.

From her epic Fearless Tour to an official Taylor Swift Day, Evansville, Indiana has a special bond with the superstar.

When news broke of Tina Turner's death, I immediately remembered seeing her in concert at Roberts Stadium in Evansville. It was her Private Dancer Tour in 1985. Here's what I remember.

The new park will feature everything from a dog park to a skate park, along with volleyball and basketball courts.

The past few months Roberts Stadium has been slowly coming down.  Every day driving on the Lloyd it was kind of cool because I was able to see the process of them demolishing a little of it each day.  Well just this morning the skeleton of what was Roberts Stadium buckled and came crashing down.

If you haven't driven east on the Lloyd in some time, you may be shocked by what you see.

It was another great night Saturday as local police officers and firefighters hit the boxing ring to hit each other for charity. The record crowd of 6,700+ people were nearly split down the middle of the stadium with those cheering for the "Guns" on one side decked out in blue and those pulling for the "Hoses" decked out in red attire on the other side of the ring.

Tonight's the night! Local cops and firefighters will step into the boxing ring to duke it out for charity. Tickets for tonight's Gun's 'N' Hoses are still available at all Ticketmaster Outlets including the Roberts Stadium Box Office as well as online...

Firefighter Willie Curry - Henderson Fire Dept. came out to represent at this morning's Grab-N-Go w/ Donut Bank, downtown in front of the Old Courthouse.
