SEAFOOD LOVERS! There’s a Maine Lobster Food Truck Coming to Kentucky and Indiana
When I was in college, I spent a summer living in Brunswick, Maine. I worked in Freeport, Maine at a Gant & Izod Factory Outlet Store and spent my free time exploring the northeast and eating delicious seafood. In fact, until I moved there, I had never eaten Maine lobster. Though I wasn't a big fan of the idea of hurling live lobsters into boiling water to cook them, I did enjoy how they tasted when they were pulled out.
Here in Kentucky, there aren't too many restaurants that are known for their seafood. In Maine, there are a ton of them. In fact, one of the restaurants I liked eating at most was Cook's Lobster House.
I haven't eaten there in 30 years, but I still remember it.
Well, if you'd like to try some authentic Maine lobster, you're about to have your chance. The Cousins Maine Lobster Truck (the franchisee based in Nashville, TN), is rolling into western Kentucky near the end of the month.
That Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck may sound a big familiar to you. The masterminds behind it were on Shark Tank years ago. They appeared on Season 4 to make their pitch.
As you may remember, Barbara "reeled" in that "big catch" and the show provided its viewers an update.
Well, here's an even more exciting update. The Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck is coming to the Tristate.
So, save the dates, lobster lovers! I know I am.
I am going to be busting up in the Greystone Subdivision on Thursday, May 25th to get my own claws on some delicious Maine lobster.
