The month of May is officially over and with it comes the end of National Burger Month. A month that inspired my very own local "Burger Tour" which wrapped up earlier this week with a stop at the iconic Zesto on Franklin Street near downtown. But why stop with burgers? There are so many different types of food out there and so many great restaurants in the tri-state that offer them, I have made the not-so-difficult decision to continue the tour with a different food each month. What is difficult is deciding where to start. That's where you come in.

Two of my favorite shows on TV are Food Network's Diners, Drive-In's, & Dives and Man vs. Food on Travel Channel, so it's no accident that this local "food tour" idea seems remarkably simliar. The oh-so-slight-difference between those shows and what I want to do is that they'll explore a wide variety of foods in one episode. One 30 minute show may feature a Mexican joint followed by a barbecue restaurant followed by a establishment specializing in Greek food. My plan is to take one particular food and hit 4-5 different places in the area that specialize in that food.

I sat in my office one day and jotted down ten different types of food that I could feature, I just don't know which one to do first. Care to help me?
