According to people who have traveled to the abandoned truck stop it's a popular place to see some paranormal activity.

While the tri-county truck stop located off historic Route 66 in Villa Ridge has long been abandoned, ghost hunters from all over the U.S. continue to visit in hopes of experiencing paranormal activity.

You have to wonder what the heck happened at this particular truck stop over the years. there are reports that several women were murdered over the years at this particular Tri-County truck stop.

Again, I would do some paranormal investigating if I was with a group of people, but I don't think I have enough courage to do something by myself. You can call me a scaredy cat that's fine, but I would like you to prove to me that you can do this on your own.
