Pig Newton Will Have You in Hog Heaven at Fall Festival [VIDEO]

One goal I have each and every year at the Fall Festival is try at least one new thing outside my must-have standards. Last year it was Sautéed Snails, this year it was something a little less — out there. Check out, the Pig Newton Sandwich!

This is a dream sandwich for pork lovers! Served at the Vanderburgh County Substance Abuse Council booth on the corner of 10th and Franklin across from the Midway, the french bread sandwich is piled high with tender pulled pork, topped with sliced ham, pepper jack cheese, and drizzled with southwest sauce. It's then put in a Panini press to melt the cheese and smash all the goodness together. It's definitely worth circling on your Munchie Map as a must-try when when you make your way to Franklin Street!
