Owensboro’s IMPACT 100 Seeking New Members

The ladies of IMPACT 100 know how to get work done in our community.  They are seeking new members to help them seek positive change in the community.

IMPACT 100 has been a strong presence in our community since 2006.  Since the inception, Impact has awarded $3.5 million in grants to different organizations.

Unlike many others,  the women of Impact 100 had an exceptional year in 2020, with 200 plus women joining their mission and awarding three different organizations grants.

They know all too well that none of this would be possible without the support of their outstanding members.

They have also created NextGen:

Impact 100 NextGeneration, which is a grant making initiative for young women currently in the 8th-12th grade. The program is designed to create a sense of community among young women through engagement with local nonprofits and to create a philanthropic spirit of giving back through time and money. Since their inception in 2017, they have awarded $37,700 back into the Greater Owensboro Community. Scholarships are available to young ladies that can not donate $100, but would like to join our program.

Angel here and I have personally witnessed the blessing these women provide for the different organizations in our community.  They are committed to seeing others succeed.  What a wonderful legacy to leave behind in this world knowing you worked to better your community and the lives of others.

This will be the 16th year for the ladies and what a wonderful way to give back to Owensboro.  If you are interested in becoming a member the deadline to join is March 31.  You can apply for membership at the Owensboro Impact 100.
