Nicki Minaj Unveils New OPI Nail Polish Line in New Promo Video

Nicki Minaj is known for her wacky nail colors, hair styles, clothing choices and undying love of Barbie. While it would be virtually impossible to truly recreate her look, it couldn’t be any easier to grab her signature bright nails with her brand new OPI nail polish line.

Minaj is the latest spokesperson for the big name polish company, which has created choice lines for Justin Bieber and Katy Perry in the past. But in her new promo commercial, Miss Nicki proves that it should have been her, and only her, to take the OPI throne all along.

The clip is just 46 seconds, but the ‘Super Bass’ singer manages to squeeze in a lot of costume changes — and more importantly — a lot of color. She models bright pink and bright green hair, even a split-down-the-middle ‘do, before finally showcasing a glowing lime set of long nails. The promo ends with a rather creepy scene, as Nicki perches on a chair under black lighting, her eyes (and hair) glowing like some sort of spooky Halloween costume.

The Nicki Minaj OPI nail polish line will be in stores January 2012.
