This weekend, join Wesselman Woods Nature Center for their annual Music on the Hill (MOTH) event taking place Saturday, September 6, 2014 – 12 noon to 9 pm. In addition to local musicians, Wesselman is also bringing in Christylez Bacon and Vieux Farka Toure from out of the region. Both artists will also be performing in the schools on FRI, September 6 as well.

Festivities will take place outside at the pond stage at Wesselman Woods Preserve. Children under 12 are free and those over are $7.50 per person.  Once wrist banded, guests can come and go as they please across the day.  Local caterers such as Pizza Revolution, Granola Jar and more will provide food, but guests are free to bring their own picnic.  Turonis will be coordinating their beer garden.  There will be crafters, performers, and children’s activities at the event as well, and they are anticipating around 1,500 people at this year’s event.
