No matter how old you are or where you're from, if one thing can unite all of us, it's music. Yesterday I was talking with my friend and co-worker, Kat Mykals, about the dumpster fire of a year that 2020 has been. We've both lost family members, and have attempted to keep it all together. She was telling me about how listening to her dad's favorite song brings her some comfort and keeps his memory close.

Right after our chat, I found out that Rob Thomas just released a new Christmas song. 'I Believe in Santa Claus' is a duet with Abby Anderson. She was on tour with Rob last summer. This song can easily make you smile and cry. I feel like it's the song we all need to hear right now.

If it sounds familiar, that's because it's a cover of the Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton's 1984 duet. Dolly wrote the song, and as beautifully as Abby sings, I need to hear Rob and Dolly sing it.
