Kentucky’s Beautiful Rose of the Lakes B & B A Must Visit

Grand Rivers, Kentucky is home to the World Famous Patti's 1880's Settlement but did you know there's a charming Bed & Breakfast with a room themed after the Golden Girls tucked right inside the town?

The Rose By The Lake Bed & Breakfast is actually owned by the same family that owns Patti's.  Angel here and I have visited Patti's more than I could even count on fingers and toes put together and I had no idea this place existed until my niece told me she stayed there for her birthday weekend.

WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU STAY

I had to get the 411 from Brandi on what to expect any of us should decide to stay and I was delightfully surprised to hear about one specifically themed room:

Our room had an entrance from the outside and the inside it was also called the golden girls get away room once you see it you'll know why the eclectic décor made it such a unique experience their staff was the best they made the best breakfast every morning buffet style. They served juice either on the deck or inside wherever you choose to sit. The pool and spa was open 24 hours. As well as the golf carts they let you use any time they are limited but I notice all the other guests were always willing to share and so were we. As if the wasn't enough the sweetest lady who I can't remember her name right now but she would make homemade nightly sweets cookies, brownies, and she took requests but they way everyone just made you feel like home was so enjoyable. Even though this one was a girls trip Matt and I will definitely be going back!

To top it all off you can even make time to visit Patti's and enjoy some Flower Pot Bread and Strawberry butter or a piece of Mile High Meringue Pie!
