One of Kentucky’s Biggest Car Shows Returns to Owensboro to Benefit St. Jude
Last summer, the Bluegrass Legends Experience rolled into Owensboro and left an incredible mark on our community. More than 1,000 car enthusiasts packed Moreland Park and the Owensboro Sportscenter to admire hundreds of classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, jeeps, trucks, and motorcycles, all while raising money for one amazing cause.
When the dust settled, the Bluegrass Legends Experience Car Show and the St. Jude Fall Festival had raised an incredible $61,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, more than doubling the previous year's total. Now, organizers are gearing up to make the 4th Annual Bluegrass Legends Experience even bigger.
Bigger, Better, and Back for 2026
Mark your calendars for August 21st through August 23rd, 2026, as the Bluegrass Legends Experience returns to the Owensboro Sportscenter and Moreland Park.
If you love horsepower, chrome, live entertainment, great food, or simply supporting an incredible cause, this is one weekend you won't want to miss.
The family-friendly event will feature:
Hundreds of classic cars, trucks, jeeps, motorcycles, rat rods, and custom vehicles
Food trucks

Beer service on Sportscenter property (21 and older)
Friday and Saturday evening off-site cruises
Sunday morning open-air church service
More than 200 show awards and prizes

New Attractions for 2026
One of the biggest additions this year is an expanded lineup for motorcycle and bicycle enthusiasts.
The Bluegrass Legends Experience will feature two motorcycle shows:
An indoor Vintage & World Motorcycle Show running all weekend
An outdoor Ride-In Motorcycle Show on Saturday

Vehicle registration is $30 per vehicle, and 100% of the entry fee goes directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
With more than 800 registered entries in each of the last two years, organizers expect another incredible turnout in 2026.
