Tired of how everything is so commercialized with Christmas? Well then hop on board the Festivus bandwagon!

Festivus comes from a last season episode of the hit series Seinfeld. During the episode, George describes the holiday of Festivus that his father invented. In typical Seinfeld fashion, the holiday is pretty crazy. Some of the traditions of Festivus include a "Festivus pole" (an unadorned aluminum pole), "Airing of Grievances," and "Feats of Strength."

I've been a fan of the idea of Festivus for a couple of years and decided that this was the year that I was going to decorate for the occassion. This is what I did for our cubicle decorating contest last week.

As you can see, I went all in on Festivus. Some people may not have gotten what I was going for with Festivus but, luckily, I haven't aired any of my grievances yet so they'll get mentioned. I enjoy when something obscure makes it into the mainstream and it's nice to see the ridiculousness of Festivus getting recognized. Below, you can watch the highlights of the Festivus episode of Seinfeld! Happy Festivus!
