How to Vote in Kentucky’s Primary Election Tomorrow
Tomorrow is Primary Election Day here in Kentucky and the Daviess County Clerk's Office is reminding folks in Owensboro-Daviess County of some important voter information.
If you're like me, you decided that the easiest way to cast your vote for the primary is by mail. I popped by ballot at the post office last Thursday. If you received an absentee ballot, you need to make sure it's postmarked by tomorrow. Or, you can drop it off at the Daviess County Courthouse.
Of course, this primary, due to COVID-19 concerns, there will be just one polling place open in Owensboro-Daviess County. For reference, we typically have over 80 precincts functional in the county. However, tomorrow, everyone wishing to cast their vote in person will be asked to report to the Owensboro Sportscenter between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
There's one other way to cast your vote in person. You can actually vote in person via absentee voting at the Daviess County Clerk's Office. However, today is the deadline to do that. As you can see from the post, you can stop by between 8:30am to 4pm.
