Adorable Gorilla Born Via C-Section Will Steal Your Heart [VIDEOS]

Here's something you don't see too often.

A gorilla gave birth to a baby Wednesday at San Diego Zoo Safari Park by C-section in a rare, emergency procedure.

The 18-year-old mother went into labor in the morning, but very little happened to further the process by the time night rolled around, so doctors elected to perform the C-section, resulting in a 4.6-pound baby girl that has yet to be named.

Doctors say they decided to go to the C-section route out of fear waiting would've damaged the fetus.
