Troll Pub Under the Bridge

This pub-style dining option not only has a unique name but offers up the same dining experience. The restaurant is located completely underground! Troll Pub's location is historical, as it used to be the location of the original Galt House hotel built in 1834, that is until a fire destroyed the property in 1865. Following the catastrophic hotel fire, this location would go on to be the headquarters for the L&N railroad in 1877 which lasted until 1907.

The area where Troll Pub is located is known as Whiskey Row because shortly after the railroad headquarters left, the whole city block became home to Kentucky bourbon distilleries and warehoused their spirits.

The reviews for the pub are consistently great but don't take my word for it! Check out these photos from my visit and what their menu has to offer! Located at 150 W. Washington St. Louisville, KY.

The Beautiful and Mysterious Monuments at Louisville's Cave Hill Cemetery

I don't know if you can call a cemetery a tourist attraction, but for my money, Louisville's Cave Hill Cemetery fits the bill. The monuments are extraordinary. Plus, a couple of icons are buried there.
